This is really hard.
Yesterday I was sitting at one of my favorite work spots having dinner and researching and writing. I've had a hard time since being back from vacation. I felt like I was able to take a breath of air and then was immediately being suffocated again. It was so hard to get moving again since I got back. And it wasn't just the jet lag.
